Fugee FOE respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to information when you visit fugeefoe.com or write to us. The short version: the site sets no cookies, has no accounts and stores no form entries. It never sells your information.

2. What we collect, and why
Messages you send us
If you email [email protected] or [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it and whatever you choose to write. The contact buttons on this site only open a draft in your own email app. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and nothing passes through this website. We use your message only to read it and reply, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Visit statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device and does not follow you across other websites. We see aggregated figures only, such as page views, the page you came from, country, and browser or device type. We use them to understand what people read and to keep the site fast.
Technical data needed to deliver the site
Like any website, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) receives your IP address and basic request details, such as the page requested, the time and your browser type. It needs them to deliver pages, files, audio and video to you and to protect the site from abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
What we do not collect
No accounts, no passwords, no payment details, no advertising or tracking cookies, and no data from the music player or downloads. Audio and video play only on this page and only when you choose.
3. Who else processes data
We use a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose described above:
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, file delivery and cookieless visit statistics.
- ImprovMX to forward emails sent to our @fugeefoe.com addresses to our inbox.
- Google for the inbox that receives those emails, and for web fonts.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. Links to other sites
Buttons for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok take you to those platforms. Once you are there, their own privacy policies apply.
5. How long we keep information
We keep emails for as long as we need them to reply and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and we delete them sooner if you ask. Cloudflare keeps its technical logs and aggregated statistics for limited periods set by its own policies.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Brazil’s LGPD or California law), you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold information about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it or delete it;
- stop using it, or object to how we use it.
Write to [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will never treat you differently for exercising these rights.
7. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has written to us, contact us and we will delete the message.
8. Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) with modern security settings. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we keep the information we hold to a minimum.
9. Changes to this policy
If our practices change, for example if we open a mailing list, add a contact form or use advertising tools, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
