The books, writing, music and recordings, artwork, photographs, video, design and the names and logos “Fugee FOE”, “F.O.E.” and “Family Over Everything” belong to Fugee FOE or to the people who licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright and other laws. Using this site does not transfer any of these rights to you.
3. Free downloads: what you may do
We offer some books (EPUB and PDF), previews, songs and an album (MP3 and ZIP) free of charge. You may download them and enjoy them for your own personal, non-commercial use, on your own devices. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:
- sell, rent or redistribute them, or upload them to other sites or services;
- modify them, or remove credits, notices or licence information;
- use the music in videos, ads, podcasts, public performances or other productions;
- use any of the content to train or build artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems.

4. Third-party material in the books
Some books include material by other authors that is used under its own licence. Second Chance Startup, for example, includes portions adapted from OpenStax textbooks under the Creative Commons licence credited inside the book. That material remains under its original licence and credits, which take precedence over section 3 for those portions.
5. Upcoming titles and artwork
Titles marked “Coming Out Soon” show concept covers and working descriptions. Their content, titles, artwork and timing may change, and no release date is promised. Some images and video on this site are AI-assisted creative works based on the author’s own photographs.
